What to do when there is a problem.
- Write down what you were doing, the time and the exact message that appeared on screen.
- Write down the operation number (ORD-…) or, if you don't have it, the document number.
- Tell your supervisor or the store's technical lead, giving them that information.
- If the message includes a code (HWD-…), the Technical Manual has the cause and the solution.
