Privacy and confidentiality

Your account on this site

You sign in with your 3R Soft account (3rsoft.com.pa). This site keeps your name, email and company, the documentation permissions granted to you and your sessions. Permissions are checked with 3rsoft.com.pa every five minutes, so a revoked permission stops working within five minutes.

Restricted documentation

Pages, images and files that need a permission are confidential and personal to you or your company; you may not share them without written permission from 3R Soft (Terms of Use, section 4). They may contain marks linked to your account, visible or not (digital watermarks), that identify the copy delivered to you. You may not remove or alter them. Public documentation carries no such marks.

What we record and why

• Downloads: the file, the time, your IP address and, if you are signed in, your account.
• Your documentation permissions: when each was granted, changed or revoked, and by whom (kept on 3rsoft.com.pa).

We use these records to protect the confidentiality and copyright of the material and to find the origin of copies shared without permission.

How long we keep it

• Permission history: five years after your access ends or your account is closed.
• Download records and records of restricted material delivered to your account, including IP addresses: two years after your access ends or your account is closed; for public files, two years from the download.

Who can see it

Only 3R Soft staff whose role allows managing member accounts. Matching a mark to an account is reserved for super administrators and is done only to investigate a suspected leak.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or receive a copy by writing to info@3rsoft.com.pa from the email address of your account. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of 3R Soft apply in full.
