Users

Users lists the accounts that can sign in to the panel, with when they were created and their last sign-in (time and IP). All accounts are administrators: there are no read-only accounts. To let someone look without being able to change anything, give them a share link.

Add or remove an accountCopy Anchor Link

• ＋ Add user: enter a username and a password of at least 8 characters.
• ⋯ → Delete on another account's row removes it. You can't delete your own account.

Change your passwordCopy Anchor Link

Click Change password on your own row (marked You), enter the current password and the new one twice. Other devices where you are signed in then have to sign in again.

PasskeysCopy Anchor Link

Each administrator can register passkeys in Settings → Passkeys, to approve AI repairs. Passkeys are used for approvals, not to sign in: you still sign in with your password.

Forgotten passwordCopy Anchor Link

Run this on the master server and enter the new password when asked:

sudo 3rmonitor user passwd admin

Replace admin with the username. The other account commands:

sudo 3rmonitor user list          # accounts and last sign-in
sudo 3rmonitor user add alice     # add an account (asks for the password)
sudo 3rmonitor user del alice     # delete an account

Sign-in protectionCopy Anchor Link

• Passwords are stored with PBKDF2-SHA256 (310,000 iterations).
• After more than 5 failed sign-ins for one user, or 10 from one IP, within 15 minutes, sign-in is locked for a while. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset the password as above.
• Sessions use HttpOnly cookies, marked Secure over HTTPS.
