License and notices
What the 3R Monitor freeware license allows, and the third-party components and data it uses.
Freeware license
3R Monitor is freeware by 3R Soft: proprietary, closed-source software that 3R Soft makes available free of charge. The full text is in the LICENSE file of the release package; this is a summary.
You may:
- download, install and use it for free, for personal or commercial purposes;
- install it on any number of computers and servers that you own or operate, including copying it between your own servers (as the master does when it sends the agent to your servers).
You may not:
- sell, rent or otherwise charge for the software, or offer it as part of a paid product or service whose main value is the software itself;
- publish or pass the software or its packages on to other people: others should download it from 3rsoft.com.pa;
- modify, translate or decompile it;
- remove the copyright notices, the "Powered by 3rsoft" notice shown on every page of the panel, or other branding.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty. You are responsible for how you use it, including the firewall rules you configure. 3R Soft may release updates but has no obligation to provide updates, maintenance or support. The license ends automatically if you breach it.
If the summary and the LICENSE file differ, the English text of the LICENSE file applies.
